Job Description:

 

Based in Selkirk, our Client is looking for an experienced administrator on a temporary 3 month contract. Key responsibilities:

o End to end processing of data within the Registration Team
o Delivery of personal performance targets by planning time on assigned work stream
o Ongoing communication with others in the registration team and teams throughout the company
o Working with suppliers and 3rd parties to communicate issues and resolutions
o Ability to resolve normal and more complex issues within the registration processes
o Making recommendations for change and when required assisting in the implementation of new processes and documentation

Knowledge & Experience

Essential

o Previous experience of working within a busy, high-pressured office environment
o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
o Capable of working independently and to agreed targets. Able to work as part of a small team and comfortable with a large degree of autonomy
o Good IT ability
o Strong time management and organisational ability
o Enjoys a challenge and able to adapt and change to meet current business requirements

A Permanent position is when you are employed by the Client on their payroll – we simply carry out the recruitment process for them.

A Temporary assignment can range from one day to several months. You will be an employee of Reiver Recruitment assigned to work at a client site for the duration of the assignment.

Contract work is a job done on a project basis instead of permanent employment. The project can be for a short duration, but because employers are looking for a very specific skill set, the job can be rewarding and lucrative for both parties.
The standard working week in the UK is between 35 – 37.5 hours

Full-time is Monday – Friday
09:00 – 17:00
(or the hours set by the company)

Part-time is usually around 17.5 hours per week and can be worked over 5 days (either mornings or afternoons) or consolidated into a 2.5 day week.
